His glory

Holy Father,

The distant galaxies declare your glory, and the majesty of your creation around us reveals you. Yet in our blindness we would see none of it. We thank you that in your sovereign grace, you have come to us and revealed yourself to us. You are the holy and almighty and all-knowing God. You are the God who is Three-in-one. You are our glorious Lord.

We praise you, Lord Jesus, for being our salvation. You are our all-in-all. Magnify your all-sufficiency for all things in worship today. Say to our souls, 'I am your Savior.' As we sing your praises and pray to you and hear your Word, whisper to the ears of our understanding, 'I am mighty to save, and I love you with an everlasting love.'

We draw near to worship. We ask that you find our worship acceptable through Christ's blood and worthy of your majesty. Be with us in power and in truth today. We look to your grace and lean on your mercy.
